I had the pleasure of dining at Haidilao for the first time on 4/27/25 and I’m still thinking about how great the experience was. We had a large party, and it was last minute. Jonathan was so patient and helpful in making the reservation. We were sat with Aiden who was the best waiter I have had in a long time. He went above and beyond checking our coats, handing hair ties to the women, providing pillows for our elderly guest, and supplying a special apron just for me as a pregnant woman. He kept the food coming and drinks full which was amazing since I can’t handle spice like I used to. At the end of dinner, he gave us both a boy and girl toy for the baby to be and offered to take a group picture. Everyone we interacted with was absolutely amazing!
